Luke Blazek, co-founder and owner of Blazek Hutchinson Builders, has resided here in the Westerville, Ohio area for more than 30 years. He and his wife, Pat, raised their three grown children here.

Scott Hutchinson, co-founder and owner of Blazek Hutchinson Builders, has with his wife, lived in the Westerville and Johnstown area, having raised three children over the past 25 years.

Blazek Hutchinson Builders has built and remodeled over 100 custom homes. Home remodeling services have included designing and remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, basements, sunrooms, room additions, and patios. We primarily serve the Northern Franklin and Southern Delaware Counties.
